Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

Due to hygiene and quality control SOPs, we have a strict no return and no exchange policy.

However, an exchange will only be considered if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for an exchange claim, you must:

  • Record a clear, continuous video before opening the parcel.

  • Ensure the parcel is unopened when the video begins.

  • Ensure the black security seal tape is intact and has not been removed, cut, or tampered with before recording.

  • Record the complete unboxing process in one continuous video without any cuts or edits.

Claims without a valid unboxing video or where the black security seal tape has already been removed before recording will not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing/WhatsApp info@shopatshams.com.pk/0300-8505478/0300-8505445

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • The complete unboxing video

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability).

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The product is not in its original packaging.

  • The damage resulted from customer misuse or mishandling.

  • The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery.
