If you receive a damaged, wrong or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We will review your request and if it meets our criteria, we will provide an exchange for the same product or a refund of the purchase price.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we find that the product has been used or altered in any way, or if it is not in its original packaging. We are also unable to provide exchanges or refunds for products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
